Athletics & Clubs
We believe in the Trojans! Our athletics teams and extracurricular clubs are a source of school and community pride, and we welcome all students to learn more about the different opportunities we have to offer for getting involved. We’ve got something for everybody!

Our clubs, led by enthusiastic instructors, allow students the opportunity to interact with their peers who share similar interests. For more information about these organizations, please email the club sponsor or call (402) 339-5052.
Discovery (HAL - High Ability Learner)
This student group takes part in many advanced scholar activities, including the Duke TIP exam, quiz bowls, geography bee, history bee, math competitions, and much more. Sponsor: Shannon Clayton
National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)
This group of 8th graders qualified for induction at the end of their 7th grade school year. The students in NJHS are excellent achievers in the classroom and also do a wide variety of community relations/service activities to broaden and enhance their learning experiences. Sponsor: Daylene Gray
Math Club
Regular meetings and a few competitions make up a great deal of the activities within this program. Sponsor: JimLynam
Student Council
This group of students, elected by their classmates, works closely with teachers and students to represent the student body on issues important to PC. Each year, we elect 10 7th and 8th grade students to the student council. Sponsor: Bridget Stork
History Club
History Club is an academic club for students who enjoy history, an academic challenge, and working on various projects. Club members will conduct research on topics of their choice and produce historical projects as part of National History Day and other competitions. Sponsor: Andrew Soneson

SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers and industry working together to ensure America has a skilled workforce. SkillsUSA helps each student excel.

Destination Imagination
Destination Imagination is a club that is geared toward creative thinking and problem solving. Students will be given the chance to work in groups as they prepare skits and sets that will be used at various competitions including districts, state, and globals.
